Hello!

Caitlin Alfonso is a creator who draws out the pre-existing potential within people and organizations to strengthen their own vision. She is a lover of coffee, travel, and books. She enjoys cuddles with her dog, Remy, and making memories with friends and family. She re-sets her soul in nature, though, to be clear, never in a way that would test her survivalist skills.

My Story

By degree, Caitlin is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Arizona. Her passion is with youth and has more than 10 years of experience designing and implementing life skills programming for adolescents in various settings, including juvenile corrections, parks and recreation, public school system, and behavioral health.

Caitlin realized through her work that she has a niche skill set, and more importantly, an enthusiasm for writing projects that support the growth of individuals and communities. As a result, Caitlin launched Acornic Consulting LLC in 2019, and has already supported people and organizations in more than six states. Caitlin also teaches social work courses at Arizona State University
